Account Executive

Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing

Classification: Non-Exempt

Department: Sales & Marketing

Division: Midwest


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management and Retention

  • Implement new innovative marketing strategies

  • Achieve sales goals and attend weekly sales meetings

  • Run sales reports

  • Collaborate with others on the marketing/sales team

  • Assist with organizing client events


Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing/Sales


Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Must be proficient in MS Office, Internet Explorer and Web navigation

  • Ability to work independently and contribute in every aspect to a team environment

  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred

  • Must be an independent thinker and able to problem solve effectively on a frequent basis

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Maintaining a high-performance metric

  • Knowledge of the real estate/title industry preferred


Training Requirement

  • Salesforce Training

  • Microsoft Teams training
