AAT Gives Back 2022

We believe relationships are formed in community. For the last 23 years we have chosen to invest in local communities and continue to do so every year. AAT Gives Back is our charitable way of saying “relationship matters.”

Q1: Open Arms of Minnesota

In the first quarter of 2022, we partnered with Open Arms of Minnesota and hosted a kitchen supplies donation drive in our offices! Our team members all contributed, and we donated 4 bins filled with kitchen supplies that were used to make healthy home-cooked meals to feed sick individuals in need throughout the Twin Cities.

Q2: Cards for Senior Residents

Each of our teammates made cards for residents at a local senior care facility! The cards contained jokes, uplifting messages, and words of encouragement. We were able to hand-deliver the cards to the residents, and with each delivery, we were met with the most enthusiastic smile and excitement!

Q3: Mulching an Apartment Complex

In the summer, we partnered with Aeon, and mulched 2 of their apartment buildings for low-income residents! It was a beautiful day to put in the work, and it left a beautiful impact on the buildings and the people who live there!

Q4: Reverse Advent Calendar

To end the year, we hosted an internal food drive, with a twist! We created a reverse advent calendar that gave an idea of what food item to bring in each day during the month of December. Together, we donated 178 pounds of food to the North Anoka County Emergency Food Shelf!
