Closing Experience

When closing on your house with All American Title Company, there are 2 main points of contact that you will have; your processor and your closer. We’re here to break it down and help you understand the difference between the two points of contact!

Your Processor

Your processor is your first and main point of contact throughout the closing process. The processor is in the office full-time so that they are able to maintain quick and consistent communication. The processor promptly alerts you about any changes about the status of the file.

Your Closer

Your closer will be your second point of contact throughout the closing process. This is the person who is present with you the day of the closing. The closer will handle all issues that may arise at the closing, and they explain & walk you through all of the documents. Having the closer present at closing day ensures that the processor is always available at their desk to maintain immediate communication!
