Remote Online Notarization

All American Title Company now offers a remote online notary (RON) closing option! This means that we are now able to complete closings and document signings remotely with a specialized software platform. When using the RON closing option, all closing documents will be uploaded to this online platform and you are able to chat via webcam with an online Notary.

With the RON closing option, you can complete your closing from anywhere. Whether you’re traveling, on vacation, in the military, or simply would rather stay home, this option gives you the flexibility to do so while simultaneously closing on your house! This is also a wonderful option for individuals who are unable to travel due to an illness or are disabled or handicapped.

To qualify for the RON closing option, the property in the transaction must be in Minnesota and all key parties must agree to use RON. You also must have access to a device that has video and audio capabilities (laptop, computer, tablet, phone, etc.).
