Meet Our Leadership Team
Kevin Webb has almost twenty years of real estate experience. Initially, Kevin worked for one of the largest residential construction lending firms in Minnesota. With that company, he managed a loan portfolio of more than $20,000,000, working with local builders and developers. In that role, Kevin’s responsibilities included underwriting the loan, closing the transaction, approving each draw and pushing for a timely completion of each project.
In 1999, Kevin founded All American Title (AAT), which is now licensed in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. Kevin’s main focus has always been on developing positive relationships and making sure those relationships were satisfied with the service they received on each transaction with AAT. Having worked in and around all aspects of the title insurance and closing process, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge that allows him to be a tremendous support to both internal staff members and external clients. His consistent focus on working with the top real estate and lending professionals in the industry has allowed AAT to be a wealth of possible referrals and networking opportunities for those engaged with All American Title.
Kevin Gartland became a principal of All American Title in 2004. Kevin has over ten years of experience in finance and real estate. He has previously worked in mortgage industry and has gained knowledge of the real estate transaction from both sides of the table. He earned his degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Kevin focuses on managing portions of the closing and marketing teams at AAT. He is responsible for the company’s financial management including administration, budgeting and controls, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
Kevin and his wife, Whitney, live in Maple Grove with their daughter Avery and their son Jackson.
Daniel Flath has more than 30 years of leadership experience including launching businesses, significantly enhancing revenue, and improving overall corporate performance. He sees marketing opportunities through operational eyes.
Daniel began his title insurance career as a Closer. He launched his own mobile closing company. Daniel owned and operated his own title company serving residential clients to complex commercial land developers. Daniel’s experience as a business owner gives him unique insight on the importance of developing long term business relationships.
Daniel joined All American Title’s leadership team in 2019 bringing his experience in title operations and process improvement. Daniel focuses on Closing Operations working closely with ownership, Marketing and Production Departments to delivery high quality service to All American Title clients.
Lizzie Kandravi has been an integral part of the AAT family for 13 years. Prior to her experience at All American Title, Lizzie worked in data entry for a mortgage company where she gained valuable industry knowledge. Lizzie graduated from St. Norbert College with a degree in Communications and Media.
Lizzie is responsible for managing and overseeing the sales and marketing team at AAT. She oversees the company’s online presence, advertising, client relationships, and internal communications.
Lizzie and her husband, Joe, live in North Oaks with their two children: Vincent and Giuliana.
Kim Plumley joined our team at AAT in 2009. Prior to her employment with All American Title Company, she gained professional experience as a Portfolio Manager and an HR Generalist.
As the VP of Title Production, Kim manages the production process. She oversees All American Title Company’s order entry, abstracting, and examination processes.
A fun fact about Kim is that she likes all things Hawaii and puzzles!
