Amanda Ketchum is an Executive Closer at All American Title with more than 12 years of experience in the industry. She brings a positive, energetic presence to every closing and is passionate about creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for her clients.
Amanda especially enjoys the moment when a transaction comes full circle, and everything is ready for recording. She takes pride in keeping a great atmosphere in the closing room and is known for bringing a smile to those around her. She loves witnessing the excitement of first-time homebuyers and values the strong relationships she has built with both clients and coworkers.
Trust is at the core of how Amanda works with others. She believes in having each other’s backs and creating a supportive environment for both clients and teammates. Her goal is for every client to leave the closing feeling at peace, confident in their understanding of the transaction, and excited to begin their next chapter.
Outside of work, Amanda loves being outdoors and enjoys walking, gardening, sports, and spending time at the beach. She is passionate about volleyball and has been playing for over 20 years, both competitively and for fun. She also enjoys singing in her free time. A fun fact about Amanda is that she graduated early, moved to Minnesota, and earned her teaching degree before the age of 20, becoming one of the youngest teachers in the Prior Lake school district. If Amanda were a cartoon character, she would be Kim Possible, balancing it all while always ready to save the day.
