Bailea Gothard

With six years of experience in the title industry, Bailea Gothard was drawn to the profession because she wanted a career that would keep her connected to the community she grew up in. As a Real Estate Closer, she enjoys meeting new people and helping clients she already knows navigate the exciting milestone of closing on a forever home or vacation property.

Bailea is known for her fast, efficient closings and believes clear communication and trust are the foundation of a great client experience. She takes pride in being detail oriented, making sure her clients feel taken care of, and always leaving room for questions along the way. For Bailea, there is nothing better than making the closing process both seamless and enjoyable.

One of her favorite things about working at All American Title is the family like environment and the relationships she has built with her teammates and clients. Outside of work, Bailea enjoys spending time outdoors with her partner, dog, and family. She recently picked up curling as a hobby and is also building an impressive collection of botanical LEGO sets. If she were a color, she would be pink because it always stands out and reminds her of a beautiful sunset or sunrise.
