COVID-19 and our commitment to you

To our valued customers,

The COVID-19 landscape is rapidly evolving and All American Title wanted to share the measures we are taking to protect the health of our customers, clients, and staff while providing service continuity. We continue to monitor the situation in real time and remain committed to providing the exceptional service you have come to expect from All American Title over the past 20 years.

SOCIAL DISTANCING CLOSING SERVICES

SOCIAL DISTANCE CLOSINGS:

Buyers and Sellers will conduct their signings separately. Sellers are highly encouraged to sign in advance of the scheduled closing. Closings will be conducted contact free, and take place in our spacious conference rooms that allow for ample room between all parties. Pens will be for a singular use only.

ATTENDING CLOSINGS:

We respectfully ask that attendance be limited to SIGNERS ONLY. Agents and Loan Officers are encouraged to refrain from attending closing and instead be available via phone if needed.

REFINANCE CLOSINGS:

We kindly ask that for the safety of all parties involved that all refinance closings that have not been previously scheduled occur at an All American Title Office.

GENERAL POLICIES

WORK FROM HOME POLICY

All American Title has years of experience offering work from home options to our employees that is both secure and allows us to operate seamlessly. In advance of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz’s announcement this past weekend we were working closely with our IT partners to set up as many employees as possible to be able to work from home.

OVERALL OFFICE HYGIENE

AAT Office Daily Protocol: Each morning a designated employee wipes down all door handles and frequently used surfaces (light switches, phones, keyboards, etc) with a CLOROX Disinfecting Wipe

Closing Rooms: After ever closing the closing rooms are wiped down with CLOROX Disinfecting Wipes. Hand sanitizer is placed in all closing rooms as well as at the front desk and break rooms.

Steps to Prevent Illness: All American Title has adopted and circulated the CDC’s steps to prevent illness that includes washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. If soap and water are not readily available, using a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub them together until they feel dry. Avoiding touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. Covering coughs and sneezes with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow.

STAY HOME IF YOU’RE SICK

Employees are required to stay home if they are sick, except to get medical care.

We are so grateful for the wonderful partnerships we have with all of our customers. We are fully committed to doing everything in our power to deliver a positive and safe closing for all involved. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
