RON Signer Checklist

To help ensure a smooth transaction, please confirm that each signer has the necessary equipment, materials, and internet access required to facilitate a RON signing with All American Title Company.

Things To Have:

  • Desktop or laptop computer, with Chrome browser, webcam and microphone accessible through computer, or iOS or Android mobile device connection.

  • Two (2) valid forms of ID, including either a state-issued Drivers License/ID or a US Passport.

  • All signers must have a Social Security Number.

Things To Do:

  • Test your internet speed at a trusted website. Recommended minimum speed: 15 Mbps upload/download

  • Sit in a well-lit room where you will be uninterrupted during the signing session.

  • Login at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time, and follow the access instructions carefully.

  • Complete technology check and identity verification before the signing session begins.
