With over 30 years of experience in the title industry, Daniel Flath now leads business development for the Commercial Division at All American Title. A strategic thinker and member of the company’s leadership team, Daniel focuses on working on the business, driving growth, innovation, and client focused solutions across the organization.

Daniel’s passion for title insurance is matched by his deep commitment to building meaningful relationships. Guided by one of All American Title’s founding principles, Relationship > Transaction, he’s known for his ability to listen, solve problems, and connect clients with the right people in his network to help them succeed. He adds value well beyond the closing table, helping others grow their businesses and achieve long term goals.

He began his career as a Closer before founding a successful mobile closing company and later owning and operating a title company that handled both residential transactions and complex commercial real estate deals. This entrepreneurial background gives him a practical understanding of the long term relationship building and unique needs of those who drive commercial real estate forward.

Since joining All American Title in 2019, Daniel has played a key role in shaping the company’s operational strategy and market trajectory. Today, he continues to serve on the leadership team, combining operational insight with a forward looking business vision to lead the company, and its clients, into the future.
