Gina Poaletti-Koski

Gina brings over 20 years of experience in real estate closings to her role as Outstate Regional Closing Manager at All American Title Company.

She began her career in 2003 at a busy real estate attorney’s office, where she built a strong foundation in complex transactions. In 2009, she transitioned into the title industry and joined All American Title Company in 2011. As an Executive Closer, Gina quickly established a reputation for excellence, consistency, and exceptional client service, helping elevate both her personal brand and the company’s presence across the Iron Range.

In 2019, Gina stepped into a leadership role as Regional Manager of the Virginia and Hibbing offices. Her dedication to her team and commitment to high performance have driven continued growth and success. In 2025, she expanded her impact by taking on the management of the Perham office and joining the company’s leadership team, where she brings the depth of knowledge she has gained over more than two decades in the industry.

Gina is known for her mentorship, deep industry expertise, and unwavering commitment to both her team and clients. She leads with passion, accountability, and a strong alignment to the company’s core values, consistently striving for excellence in every aspect of her work. Her attention to detail, operational insight, and dedication to exceptional service make her a key driver of success across the organization.

Outside of the office, Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She loves hosting gatherings with family and friends and making the most of Minnesota summers on the water.
