Jean Cole

Jean Cole is an Executive Closer at All American Title with 27 years of experience in the industry. She began her career after realizing she wanted to work more directly with people, and a friend suggested exploring title. Since then, Jean has built a career around guiding clients through one of life’s most important milestones with care and expertise.

Jean’s favorite part of her role is being at the closing table and sharing in the joy, excitement, and emotion that comes with each transaction. She is known for her deep knowledge of the process and her ability to problem solve calmly, even when situations become intense. What she loves most about working at AAT is the strong support system, the user-friendly software, and the hands-on management that empowers her to do her best work.

When working with clients and teammates, Jean prioritizes openness and accessibility. She encourages questions and ensures that everyone feels comfortable, heard, and valued. Her goal is for clients to leave the closing feeling seen, appreciated, and confident that she is always there to help.

Outside of work, Jean enjoys walking, reading, tackling projects around her home, and spending quality time with her parents and daughters. A farm girl at heart, she also has a passion for birds, enjoying watching, feeding, and learning about them. If Jean were a cuisine, she would be French, drawn to croissants, cheese, wine, charcuterie boards, ratatouille, and crème brûlée.
