Kevin Gartland

Kevin Gartland brings over 23 years of experience in finance, title insurance, and real estate. He became a Principal at All American Title in 2004, and under his leadership, the company has grown into one of the largest independently held title agencies in the Upper Midwest.

As Chief Operating Officer, Kevin oversees all day-to-day operations of the company, including financial management, human resources, vendor relationships, and administrative systems. He also provides strategic direction to the closing and marketing teams, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional service across the organization.

Kevin is passionate about upholding the company’s core values—servant mindset, coachability, solution oriented, above and beyond, being a great teammate, and delivering consistent quality. These values are embedded into the culture of All American Title and guide every aspect of the client and employee experience.

In addition to his role at AAT, Kevin proudly serves on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Land Title Association, helping to shape the future of the title industry in the state. He is also actively involved in AAT Gives Back, the company’s charitable initiative focused on community impact.

Kevin earned his degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

He lives in Maple Grove with his wife, Whitney, and their two children, Avery and Jackson.
