Kim Plumley
VP of Title Production
Kim Plumley has been an integral part of All American Title Company (AAT) since 2009. Before joining AAT, she built a strong foundation in both builder/developer financing and human resources, serving as a Portfolio Manager and HR Generalist. This diverse background has equipped her with a unique blend of analytical and people-focused skills that she brings to her leadership role.
As Vice President of Title Production, Kim oversees the end-to-end title production process, from the initial opening of the orders to the final policies issued after the transaction has closed. Her detail-oriented approach and commitment to accuracy help ensure a seamless experience for clients and partners alike while upholding top metrics for departmental performance. In addition to this role, Kim also supports the Human Resources, Finance and IT areas of the company.
Outside of work, Kim is a dedicated puzzle enthusiast and a lover of all things Hawaii—sunshine, culture, and aloha spirit included.
