Sarah Westby

Sarah Westby has been part of the All American Title team for nearly four years. She originally joined the company at the front desk, the position she first applied for, and has since grown into her role as a Real Estate Closer. Sarah especially enjoys working with excited first time home buyers and being part of such a meaningful milestone in their lives.

Known for her love of eCRVs and recordings, Sarah brings a detail oriented and professional approach to every closing. At the same time, she believes clients should feel comfortable and welcomed throughout the process. Her goal is for every client to leave closing feeling happy, relieved, and confident that everything has been taken care of.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter, along with practicing piano, reading, and getting outside. One thing that might surprise people? Sarah is a grandmother, although she is often told she looks too young to have a granddaughter. And if she were a cartoon character, she would be Strawberry Shortcake, who was her favorite doll growing up because she smelled so good.
