Steph Skogman is an Executive Processor at All American Title, supporting both Team Roberta and Team Lacey. With more than 30 years of experience across the mortgage, real estate, and title industries, including the last 12 years focused specifically on title, Steph brings deep knowledge and a steady, detail driven approach to every file she handles. Her career began while working at a bank, when a colleague encouraged her to interview with a mortgage company, setting her on a path she has continued to grow within ever since.

Steph takes pride in the accuracy side of processing and believes details truly matter. She knows that careful, thorough work up front helps prevent larger issues later in the transaction. Known for her strong focus on customer service, Steph is someone teammates can count on to provide support and consistency.

What Steph enjoys most about working at All American Title is being part of a collaborative team that plays a critical role in successful closings. When working with clients and teammates, she prioritizes clear communication and strives to make everyone feel informed, supported, and confident. Her goal is for clients to walk away so pleased with their experience that they cannot wait to send their next transaction to AAT.

Outside of work, Steph loves to cook and enjoys relaxing evenings at home with a great meal and a movie with her husband, often joined by their two cats and dog. She also loves to travel, especially with her mom, and has visited Las Vegas 19 times so far, with hopes of making it an even 20. Recently, Steph has discovered a new love for camping, as long as it is in a travel trailer and not a tent. If Steph were a color, she would be pink, a color she associates with being friendly, warm, playful, and intuitive.
